Unfortunately, one of the downsides of events, is rules. Rules are necessary to make sure the event(s) no matter what they are, are run as smoothly as possible. Nothing is perfect, we know this, therefore, we ask members to understand that rules may be tweaked for the better of Virtual Bowling World and it's members.

All bowlers are required to submit their USBC # to the CEO of Virtual Bowling World, Mr. Charles-Edouard Desrosiers. If a bowler does not possess a USBC #, a CTF # is required. For anyone who does not have a USBC or CTF #, at this time you are required to get one to be eligible for participation in Virtual Bowling World.

For scores to count, it is mandatory to submit your league recap sheet or a recap sheet of your scores via league secretary. A picture or screenshot with the date is demanded. Anything illegible or without the appropriate date will not be accepted. Anything outside of the items mentionned above is unacceptable unless the prior approval of Virtual Bowling World CEO.

Unfortunately, for the wellness of VBW (Virtual Bowling World), deadlines have been implemented for 2021. All payments, nights of choice, number of entries and event(s) you are participating in must be submitted by the deadline. Some exceptions apply (power outage, loss of a close one, etc. Bowlers are strongly encouraged to contact us if any questions, concerns, events arise, etc.

Score uploading

Due to the fact that events run for 7 days, bowlers have 48 hours to submit their scores unless mentionned otherwise. Scores will be uploaded as quickly as possible but all bowlers are asked to be patient

Questions, etc.
